I am a new customer to Hines Park Ford. I expressed my disappointment with the new owners of Tom Holzer Ford (where I’ve purchased over 20 vehicles) and was hoping to find a new dealer. I w I expressed my disappointment with the new owners of Tom Holzer Ford (where I’ve purchased over 20 vehicles) and was hoping to find a new dealer. I was sent home with my new Edge (it was a courtesy car with 500 miles). The car was not clean and had less gas than my trade-in, which were minor irritants, but I was sent home with a different vehicles set of keys as my spare set. That’s simply sloppy work and made my first impression negative. We were also told to call back if we didn’t receive paperwork in the mail to set up payments. We haven’t, we have left a message (last week), but still no response. My negative first impression has been confirmed. More
