Bought a "Limo" for 80% off! After purchasing one new Lexus back in the 90's, I came to the conclusion that these cars go 250,000 miles with just routine maintenance. So, since t After purchasing one new Lexus back in the 90's, I came to the conclusion that these cars go 250,000 miles with just routine maintenance. So, since then, I have been totally comfortable buying them pre-owned. This 2008 LS460 is gorgeous and still has 150,000-200,000 of life in it. It's our 9th. Walter Hoover helped us with the purchase. He fits into the Lexus model very well, as he is informative and devoid of the pressure that I have experienced at other dealerships. If you want a great purchase experience without being "pounced upon", give Walter a call. ( Speaking of pouncing, I must confess, we shared "cat" photos.) More

Waiting room is very pleasant, drinks, snacks, beautiful salt water tank. My only complaint was when I called to make the appointment I was routed to a voice mailbox for Chatham motor sales. Hung up and called back and said what was that? Explained they had outsourced service center appointments. Said I wanted to talk to a person not Chatham motor sales voice mail. I was connected to a real person who helped me. Fix branding and give me an option to wait vs leave a message. More

The staff, specifically, my advisor, Jeff Lewis, was awaiting my arr I always look forward to bringing my ES-350 into Hilton Head Lexus for servicing. The staff, specifically, my advisor, Jeff Lewis, was awaiting my arrival with a thorough understanding of why my vehicle was there, and what it required. He kept me informed on the progress of the service, and any problems that were encountered. The customer waiting lounge is unlike any I have ever visited, with an attended coffee bar completely stocked with a variety of coffees and snacks; cushioned and comfortable chairs in several rooms with large flat-screen TV’s; a business center with computers and internet access; and best of all, three messaging lounge chairs located in a separate “quiet” room! The waiting area is so comfortable, one almost doesn’t care how long the service takes! My vehicle was returned to me, washed and cleaned, and professionally serviced. Hilton Head Lexus always exceeds my expectations. They are, first and foremost, professional and courteous. And they have the utmost respect for their customers, and the customer’s time and comfort. I wouldn’t take my Lexus anywhere else! More
