When I arrived a few days later for my 9am appointment she had the truck cleaned and waiting for me in their delivery showroom. The entire process was easy and hassle free. Despite the fact that I was buying a used Ford and not a Lexus I was treated incredibly well by everyone on staff that I came into contact with. Ben Gray made the financing portion of the transaction pain free and Matt Dell'Aquila was very friendly and complimentary of the truck I was buying even though I wasn't buying from him.
