The Dealership is relatively new and growing rapidly which usually causes some growing pains but I did not experience anything but their willingness to please me. I feel time was managed horribly and the whole process took over 5 hours even though we didn't get a presentation on the car, didn't test drive, and didn't negotiate. the dealer also didn't detail the vehicle before delivery and didn't go over features before we left. trade in value was fair, but we are owed a check back for our trade and 24 days later have yet to receive anything because they are waiting for the title so they can cut our check from a floorplan loan on our trade. I feel like the nice building and fancy clothes give the facade of a professional dealership, but seeing the way they handle business leaves a totally different impression. More
