Awesome experience with Debbie I was in the market for a used, Certified PreOwned Civic. It's to easy to check online for prices, and vehicle records, so I shopped around the Savan I was in the market for a used, Certified PreOwned Civic. It's to easy to check online for prices, and vehicle records, so I shopped around the Savannah, SE Georgia area. Numerous dealerships in this area had Civics that had ben sitting on the lots for 3 months, but they were all asking about 2,000 more then what KBB, Edmunds said the cars were worth. 2 here in Savannah about 3,000 high. I don't care it the car has navigation, everyone has a smartphone with navigation now. I was going to pay all at once, no finance, no hassle. Debbie contacted me, and from the start was honest about the pricing. After not being able to get up to HHI till Saturday, Debbie was waiting. Best Experience We've been looking for just the right car at the right price for our family for close to a year. As soon as I sent an email inquiry about a car I saw We've been looking for just the right car at the right price for our family for close to a year. As soon as I sent an email inquiry about a car I saw on the website, Patrick responded. He was always timely, friendly, and thorough. Our research on comparable sales prices was met with acceptance rather than defiance or defensiveness, and we were offered a price within $200 of our target price. All online! When we arrived for a test drive, Patrick was once again extremely pleasant and interested in us and our experience. After another family purchased the vehicle we were considering before we could sign paperwork, both Patrick and General Manager Don spoke with us and tried to find something else in their inventory which would meet our needs. Even after we left, Patrick emailed me with a new addition to their inventory he thought might be a good fit for us. We actually WANT to buy a car from these guys! Hopefully that will still happen since inventory changes daily. More
