The loan application process was simple, streamlined and required only a short period of time to complete. Shawn Essig the finance manager promptly followed up with us the next day and verified our information and vehicle choice. Randy Earls our sales associate then promptly followed up and verified the vehicle trim level and colors we desired.. It was our desire to not spend hours at the dealership completing forms and waiting for this person to approve something and that person to approve something, then waiting while the vehicle was prepared for delivery, as had been our experience in 25 years of buying cars. I was pessimistic the entire process at Hilton Head Honda would be any different. Wow was I ever wrong! It is a cliche to say that we had the best buying experience of our lives, but we did.
