All things considered, this was undoubtedly the least complicated, most pleasant auto leasing or buying experience my wife and I have ever had! This is the second vehicle we have leased through Hilton Head Honda. We went to the dealership to get a look at new 2013 models prior to the end of our current lease (mid-summer). My wife was most interested in the Crosstour. Dan McGinnis did an excellent job of detailing the vehicle for us and laying the groundwork for rolling over from our current lease into a new lease on a 2013 Crosstour. He then turned us over to Evans Simons, the Sales Manager who presented us very quickly with a no-nonsense lease offer that enabled us to go right into a new vehicle with virtually no difference in our monthly payment from our previous lease with only dealer prep and first month's payment due upon our acceptance. We were extremely pleased. The finance manager, Shawn Lessig, then took over and completed the transaction without a hitch. The staff could not have been friendlier or more accommodating even though we were approaching the end of the work day. Mr McGinnis then saw to it that I was well informed on all of the finer points on our new vehicle. As I said initially, a thoroughly easy and pleasant experience. More
The check engine light in my 2006 Honda Odyssey was actuated by a wire (not visible or easily accessible) that had been chewed by a rodent. Jeff and Jason immediately diagnosed the problem. Jeff (parts manager) had the part in stock, and Jason (service advisor) immediately got my vehicle into the service bay to complete the repair. In addition, Jason noticed that I had a split windshield wiper, and two others which were worn , and replace those as well. The entire process was handled quickly, cheerfully and professionally. On a different visit about 6 months ago I had brought in my daughter's 2000 Honda CRV for an oil change service. Jason noticed that the spare tire, which was mounted on the rear tailgate had been slashed. It was an odd size which they did not have in stock, but I was able to find a tire, which they mounted at no charge. I highly recommend Hilton Head Honda. In fact, it is the service department, which primarily influenced me to buy a vehicle from this dealership. More
The reason for my visit was an evaluation recall. The service manager, Jason, explained why the vehicle was recalled, what would be needed if the vehicle needed work and the percentage of problems. The service evaluation detected no problems, the waiting time was not long and the waiting room was pleasant, comfortable and clean. After the evaluation was finished, the whole process was explained again to my satisfaction and they also did a multi-point inspection without being asked. My experience with Hilton Head Honda is the best I have with any dealership in the many years of owning cars. More

Hilton Head Honda has achieved the highest rankings from this consumer for a variety of reasons summed up best under the umbrella of teamwork. My sales person, his partner and the Sales Manager were at all times upbeat and efficient. I was especially impressed with the friendly attitude, lack of pressure, fair pricing for my new Honda Fit and my trade. The deal and new car delivery took less than 24 hours. I consider myself well prepared to purchase a specific automobile before arriving at a dealership. This newly constructed facility in Bluffton, SC was a pleasure to work with. I have purchased many vehicles over the years but this experience was tops. More
