I went into the dealership with my father looking for a Honda Pilot. We were greeted by Dan McGinnis, of the Sales & Leasing department. Went by to look at a CR-Z which my 90 year old mother fell in love with and wanted to purchase. I had expected back and forth haggling but this was not the case.
