If you only visit one dealer, you will not know the value of the offer. More
Jason is always very helpful, friendly, able to answer any questions I have. I know that my car will receive his attention while it is at the service center. Approximately 2 months ago, I stopped at HH Honda to just look. Dan McGinnis was the first person I met. He was friendly and informative and showed me some great cars and prices. Since it just didn't seem look. Dan McGinnis was the first person I met. He was friendly and informative and showed me some great cars and prices. Since it just didn't seem like the time to buy we decided to wait. Well, on Friday, Oct. 11, 2013, I became desperate for a car at a GREAT price, and I remembered working with Dan. I called the dealership to ask if they had anything I was looking for, telling them my situation and that I would be there in moments. Upon arrival my first contact was with Grant who I had spoken to on the phone. He told me that Dan was not available but he could help. After me telling him my desperate story and very limited time frame to purchase a car, he thought for a few seconds and immediately came up with the car I purchased. The deal on the Pilot sounded too good to be true as it was exactly what I needed, I was even able to drive it by myself. I of course was very skeptical and being such that I was desperate, I wondered if he was being the typical sales person saying what ever it took to get me to make the deal and buy the car. He was patient and listed to all my cynical questions and doubt, and never became impatient. Saying earlier I had a time crunch, I had to leave and take care of issue with another car. Grant never pushed even then. In those several minutes I was gone, he called me to let me know there was another customer interested in the car. After coming back, Dan was available and Grant immediately turned me over to him, to continue the process. Dan also was patient and answered all my questions and questionable doubts. My last question to both of them was: "Would you purchase this car for your grandchildren?" Neither Grant nor Dan took any offense to this and both immediately said yes they would. I knew the way they answered it was truthful and that sold me. Next came the financial portion, Shawn was awesome in make it all happen. I was in a difficult desperate situation, with limited options and he made it all work. A few hours later while driving to work I got a call from Shawn, telling me that he had found even a better deal for me as far as financing. Saturday morning, my husband and I stopped back and within minutes walked out with paper signed. As I stated earlier, I was desperate for a car. Early Friday morning, while driving this car home, from college, my sons hit a wild boar and rendered our PT cruiser unsafe and undrivable. Dan spoke with the service department and they are going to put the car up on the rack to give us an estimate of all that is damaged with the car.... at no cost to us. I can't say enough about how professional, friendly, courteous and helpful all three gentleman. So THANK YOU, Grant, Dan and Shawn for making it all work for us. All within 3 hours time, and I never felt pressured by any of you. I never felt like any of you were in it just for the sale of a car. More

In April, 2013, I drove into Hilton Head Honda, intending to look at the new Honda Civics to replace an 8-year-old Mazda. I had always been a Honda fan, but had bought the Mazda when I needed a hatchback an to look at the new Honda Civics to replace an 8-year-old Mazda. I had always been a Honda fan, but had bought the Mazda when I needed a hatchback and Honda wasn't making one in a small model at that time. Since my teenage son had learned to drive on my Mazda (need I say more?!) and was now off to college, I was now ready for a new car that would not need to be in the shop for anything other than regular maintenance. A For-Sale 2000 BMW Z3 called out my name when I drove into the parking lot! I knew it was impulsive, and not anything I had intended to purchase, but it was in such good shape and looked like it had been cared for with kid gloves, so I was hooked. It had no warranty, of which I was fully aware. HH Honda was generous enough to replace a leaky radiator and the hydraulics for the seat controls before I even signed the paperwork. The ensuing troubles are too numerous to mention (and I would rather not re-live the experience!). Suffice it to say that HH Honda paid for many of the repairs that they were NOT obligated to take care of, and I was very grateful. The last straw was when the transmission needed to be rebuilt. I went back to Honda with my tail between my legs, hoping they would take the BMW in trade and help me to be able to purchase the originally-intended Civic. Evans Simons, the New Car Sales Manager, went over and above to work out a trade-in and a deal that I could afford. He could not have been more gracious, apologizing for the trouble I had, handling all the paperwork, and allowing me to pick up my new car the next day. Two lessons learned: One, to NEVER buy on impulse (and without a warranty), and Two, to ALWAYS buy a car from Hilton Head Honda. More
I had my 2003 Honda Pilot in for service at the Honda Bluffton dealership. While there, as one might expect, the new cars on the show room floor caught my eye. As my daughter, from Virginia, had recently purchased a new CR-V I found myself interested in that model. My interest grew and as most do I began a research agenda looking at specification and competitive pricing for the CR-V EX-L w/navigation. With info in hand I made a stop at the dealership and it was my good fortune to meet Dan McGinnis. He represented the dealership very well, and I found him to be competent, knowledgeable and with a desire to not only make a sale but to satisfy my interest in the car of my choice. Happily I drove away with my new 2014 CR-V the same day, but not before Dan spent a good hour providing detailed information on the operation of some of electronics of our new Honda CR-V. A good experience was had and we would highly recommend Dan McGinnis as well as the dealership he represents. More
I purchase new cars frequently but working with Grant was one of the most favorable and professional experiences I have ever had. He never pushed me or acted like the sterotyped car salesman.
