I was approcached by David Salkins and he was so customer friendly. He saiid to take a look at the inventory and let me know what you think. After looking around I saw a few that I wanted to inquire on and he was absolutely awesome from then on. He had the prices readily available. He asked the right questions. He knew my concerns and the deal was done. I am so happy for my new vehicle. The service was completely outstanding I'm so happy that I stopped by there first. I'll recommend the Honda Guys to each of my Family Members, Friends or Neighbors. Hilton Head Honda you definitely ROCK! More
Baffled - Don't expect much I leased a 2012 Honda Civic for my son as a first car in November of 2010. The car was leased from a Honda Dealer in Savannah GA, however this service I leased a 2012 Honda Civic for my son as a first car in November of 2010. The car was leased from a Honda Dealer in Savannah GA, however this service department is closest to where I live. The car itself has worn into expected used condition except for one problem. The paint. In general it is very thin throughout the whole car, does not wax well, and scratches with ease. When I asked bodyshops about this they agreed on the quality but were more obsessive over the crows feet on the hood. They suggested I let Honda know because their was a high chance it was under warranty. Initially I found the service department helpful. This was before they failed to contact my son or I and "lost"? the paperwork for the claim. During my first visit regarding the issue, pictures were taken and my son was referred to a bodyshop. After receiving the quote from the body shop he returned. Somewhere between there and a few months later, he made a phone call to check on the situation. He was told the photographs were declined due to quality. At this point in time we were discouraged because with the amount of time in between we were hoping we would be scheduled for it to get fixed soon. Wrong. He took it in again as requested and they cleaned the car before taking the photos, they sent him on his was after apologizing. Later in the month he called to find out when we would have an answer, the gentlemen was short and said we would be contacted by the 10th of April 2014. The 12th rolled around and to no surprise - no call. He lost hope and I was not the one following up on the situation so I had him call again with time in between, in hopes they would have news for us. When he called again after the 10th he was told that they had NO RECORD of a claim regarding this issue. A more kind lady he spoke with let him know she would try to find the correct information and call him back. Again NO CALL BACK. On April 26th 2014, I had him make yet another effort towards fixing our problem. At this point the paint is even worse, the car is over the leasing mileage, and any attempt at fixing it has been a waste of time and complete fail. He was told on this date that he would have to bring the car in AGAIN (photos have been taken twice). The lady he spoke with was the same one who told him she would give us a call. After about a 3 minute conversation regarding the inconsistent and completely unreliable employees there, her best answer was to put the old manager in blame. This didn't help us at all an Pathetic and unhelpful would be my best description of our experiences with this dealed its quite ridiculous the vehicle needs to be brought back a THIRD time for the SAME thing. When the lady ran out of answers that had nothing to do with our actual claim, a "gentleman" abruptly took over the phone conversation. He did not introduce himself, he did not ask for our contact information, he just repeated that the car needed to be brought in. He was extremely rude and disrespectful to my son - at one point he said " I don't want to hang up but am done talking " - We both looked at the phone in disbelief. rship in regards to anything besides an oil change. Multiple employees at Honda do not follow through with what is said, weed around the bush, and ultimately lie. More

I was planning to go to Beaufort dealership when my lease was up. I received a letter in the mail from Hilton Head Honda to exchange my car early, I thought it was a scam and just went in to see. To my surprise I worked with Debbie Suiter she was a wonder, followed up on everything and I leased a new Pilot. She certainly was the reason I leased from Hilton Head Honda. But let me say there must have been some changes In the dealership, from the receptionist to the manager Shawn, I don't remember his last name but he was excellent. Overall a great and surprising experience. More

We stopped for a car wash of my CRV that we bought there at H H Honda last year and ended up purchasing an Odyssey Touring Elite from Patrick Finn, a fine young man. When I mentioned my husband was interes at H H Honda last year and ended up purchasing an Odyssey Touring Elite from Patrick Finn, a fine young man. When I mentioned my husband was interested in the new Odyssey, Patrick happily began explaining the features and options. He first showed the one on the showroom floor then stepped outside to show us the selection of different models and choices that he could offer. Being a young man he is very tech savy and knows how all the new stuff works, and even more importantly to us, he was eager to help us learn and understand for ourselves. We are retirees, and yet he pleasantly related to us as if we were already good friends. He is a longtime Honda fan, and his enthusiasm and pride in the cars showed. One thing we appreciated about him was his humility. If he himself was not sure about a thing, he would not bluff his way through as if he already knew all the answers, but he would seek the answer so that he could give us only correct information. We feel confident with our purchase and know Patrick will eagerly help us in the future with anything we might need. More
Patrick Finn was a very knowledgeable and friendly car sales person who was determined to meet my needs and find the new car that I would want to purchase. I took my 2012 Fit in for the annual service and walked around to the showroom floor to talk to someone about refinancing to a lower interest rate. I walked out with a 2013 Honda Fit at a much lower rate and lower payments than my 2012. Service came over and said I had a bubble on a tire, and the gentleman said fix it as that vehicle is now ours. Dan McGinnis is a fantastic associate with Honda. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Shawn Lessig did a gareat job of figuring either a refinance deal or the new vehicle deal. I have worked with him before and think very highly of him. I have been doing business with this dealership since 2002 and wouldn't go anywhere else. When I lived in Ohio, I always wanted a Honda especially after going through the plant in Marysville; however, we didn't have a dealership in Van Wert and owned a business so felt we had to purchase our vehicles locally. Through an internet service I contacted several Honda dealerships regarding the 2014 CRV. Todd promptly called me and we arranged an appointment for a test drive. He is friendly, thoroughly professional and well versed on product features. We discussed the time frame for making a purchase as well as trade-in and financing options. Several days later he followed up by phone at which time I told him I was getting competitors pricing, but would meet with him to also get his dealership's best price. I signed the contract that day. Never during any of our conversations did I feel pressured to make a decision "right now".When I picked up the car on 12/21/13 Todd went over the various features of the car and took the time to help set-up the Bluetooth connection. This was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Todd and Hilton Head Honda. More
