I narrowed my search to 3 brands and after test driving the vehicles I decided to pu I recently moved to Hilton Head ,South Carolina and needed a car. I narrowed my search to 3 brands and after test driving the vehicles I decided to purchase a new CRV EX-L with Navigation. The color combo I wanted needed to be factory ordered and will take approximately 3 weeks to deliver. That meant that the only car I would have to drive is my wife's Honda Accord which is a great car but because it is low to the ground it is very painful for me to get in and out of because I walk with a cane due to serious back issues and my left hip is bone on bone. I asked if I could pay a premium to speed up delivery and their response was to give me a CRV loaner for free until my new car arrived. They also delivered my wife's honda to my house so I wouldn't have to drive it back. Debbie my sales contact at the dealership could not have been nicer to me and the negotiating process was painless. I could not be happier with the people and the actions that they took during the process of purchasing my new car. I would recommend them to anyone not because they were nice to me but because they acted in a way that makes me believe that the business philosophy of the dealerships owners is very customer oriented.
