2015 Honda Odyssey We only went "looking" at vans because we knew that we were planning to purchase a new vehicle soon. We left Hilton Head Honda with a brand new Odyssey. We owned an older Odyssey and I love these vans. As a mother of three small children the Odyssey is the ideal vehicle. David was very professional and easy to work with. He also helped to make the process quick for us (which is a plus because I hate to be tied up all day with these type of purchases). Great Experience I’ve lived in the Low country for 10 years, and visited 4 dealerships during this time. In 2008, I was in the market for a new SUV and started my sear I’ve lived in the Low country for 10 years, and visited 4 dealerships during this time. In 2008, I was in the market for a new SUV and started my search at Stokes Honda in Beaufort. They let me test drive a Pilot overnight and the nightmare began the next day when I returned it. The salesman harassed me for 45 minutes, demanded I give him a down payment on the Pilot, and refused to give me my car keys until I threatened to call the police. Only then did he hand me my keys (which were in his pocket the entire time) The second experience happened a few weeks ago at Stokes Brown Toyota where I wanted to test drive a Highlander. I had a very short list of things I wanted in my new car (leather, dark exterior color with 30K miles) and the Highlander they had me drive had none of these. After 1.5 hours of pointless negotiations, they chased us out the door wondering why we wouldn’t purchase the Highlander (white, cloth interior, 40k miles). They called my husband 3 times on our way home. Jaded and frustrated, we stopped in at Hilton Head Honda and immediately had a good feeling. Todd Kelley was outstanding to work with. We never felt pushed to purchase, never felt we were taken advantage of, and our overall experience was great. We have already recommended this dealership to a few friends in the area.
