The sale was smooth, no extras, no pressure, but waited 1 1/2 hr to get to the 'business mgr. Who started in with the extra stuff I didn't want or need. Told him outright, so stopped with that. I bought my Ridgeline here in late 2017 and have done most of my service here. Some of the prices are competitive and, honestly, some are not. For example, the oil change price is reasonable. So is the alignment cost. The cost to replace a cabin or air filter, like at many dealers, is needlessly overpriced. These are easy consumer tasks. That said, for things that I can't do myself, they are quite competent. Everyone I've dealt with there is always friendly and accommodating. They have a comfortable waiting area with Wi-Fi and snacks. They have a shuttle, which is handy when the car will be tied up for several hours. They text you during the car inspection/repair to update you on their findings. The latest twist is that they include a video with the text so that you can actually see what they're reporting on. I need to make a special shout-out to Eric, who knows how to treat customers and is a great representative for the dealership. Shawn Belz was my salesperson seven years ago and he was great, and a no-pressure guy. He's still there so that says a lot! Overall, always a positive experience here at Hilton Head Honda! More
