Drop off process was fine, when picking up I entered the service drive and there was a gentleman which I said hello to and he looked me in the eyes and ignored me. Everything was fine until the cashier only said “last name” “ you owe $400”, I did not owe anything as I have a warranty to cover the fee and then the advisor tried to explain this to the cashier and she was seeming to get upset at him for not finishing the paperwork as she expected and it made me feel very uncomfortable as a guest. More

John called again to advise I provided a key/fob for Ridgeline instead of Passport (senior moment). Once I provided the Passport fob/key, repairs were completed and car ready by 3:30pm.
