I have been always happy with the 4 point inspection and photos sent showing why things were needed or how things were in good shape. It did not happen this service trip. I Was sad that I did not get the co photos sent showing why things were needed or how things were in good shape. It did not happen this service trip. I Was sad that I did not get the complimentary car wash. Purchased 4 New Tires and they still had Dust on them. Also 20mins after leaving dealership the low tire pressure alert came on where no one reset the calibration after installing the new tires. Been using this dealership for 5 yrs and I have always given a 5 star rating. Need to slow down, double check the work and then get back to customer service! More
