Very pleasant experience with Hilton Head Honda Service Department today. Arrived for appointment about 30 minutes ahead of time. Service Advisor checked me in upon arrival, confirmed the cost for the Department today. Arrived for appointment about 30 minutes ahead of time. Service Advisor checked me in upon arrival, confirmed the cost for the service requested, showed me where the customer waiting area was, and said he would contact me when the service on my vehicle was completed. I waited in the customer waiting area, which was very clean, comfortable and equipped with refreshments, free wi-fi, and a large flat screen tv with cable programming. It was also just a few feet from the rest rooms. After approximately one hour, a different Service Advisor approached me and introduced herself. She said my vehicle was ready to go. She reviewed the service order to show that the work requested had been done, and again confirmed the amount of the agreed upon charge for the service work. She then walked me over to the Cashier, where I would pay my invoice. She introduced me to the Cashier, gave me directions to my vehicle, and then thanked me again for being their customer. After paying the Cashier, I walked to my vehicle, visually inspected it, and then drove away, TOTALLY SATISFIED. Great job Hilton Head Honda Service Department! More

Went in for a car wash and tires were low on air turns out one tire had 5 nails the other tire 1 nail and a staple which they patched. So I ended up buying one new tire they said I needed to buy it. would like to request some recognition from Honda at the corporate level for a service advisor at Hilton Head Honda in Oakatie, South Carolina. Her name is Sue Falisi. She is planning to retire next month a corporate level for a service advisor at Hilton Head Honda in Oakatie, South Carolina. Her name is Sue Falisi. She is planning to retire next month and is an outstanding representative for the Honda brand. Sue Falisi has assisted me for the last 5 years. I routinely have 3 Honda vehicles serviced through her. Her professionalism, honesty and integrity is second to none. If we are honest, we recognize that Honesty and integrity in a subjective business is really hard to find. Sue has always been brutally honest and been a guiding light in maintaining my vehicles. I drive over one hour, and pass 2 other Honda dealerships in order to bring my car to Sue Falisi, at Hilton Head Honda. She has been complimented many times by myself and others in local google surveys. It would be very fitting if Honda at the corporate level could recognize Sue for her outstanding performance. Honda could really use a person like her to set training standards for service advisors nationwide. It is extremely hard to find people in any profession these days that ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THE xxxx THEY ARE DOING. It seems to be easier to "fake it until you make it" for a lot of people. Look, I am a 62 year old retired law enforcement executive. I know bull when I hear it when I interact with people. I also recognize genuine caring and expertise and consistency when I see it. It will be a great loss for Hilton Head Honda when Sue retires. It will be a great loss for Honda and for a great many customers like me as well. I live in Richmond Hill, Georgia and I drive past 2 Honda Dealerships in Savannah, Georgia in order to take my car to Sue. I also only take it when I know that she is going to be on duty. That is how much confidence and respect that I have for Sue. She never tries to nickel and dime her customers. I beg you to recognize Sue Falisi for her outstanding contributions to the Honda brand.
