Honestly one of the better buying experiences I’ve ever had - Purchasing a new or used car from any dealer is a roll of the dice in terms of how you’ll be treated. Having purchased numerous vehicles in my lifetime (over 50... I have a car problem!) with roughly half being purchased from a dealer, I’ve got experienced the worst and some of the best. This was easily in my top three (3). Why? I’m an extremely meticulous buyer so I demand a lot from a seller when it comes to transparency and disclosure. I always ask, before I’ll make any trip to see something in person, about the detailed condition of the vehicle. I want to know about any and all blemishes, not because I plan to use it as a bargaining chip necessarily, but because I want to know what to expect. Typically, this request is met with either resistance, asking me to just come see it, or a lethargic response giving me little to no context. Not with Daisy! She did a full photo and video walk around, pointing out the smallest blemishes that I honestly may not have even noticed... She also patiently, thoroughly and promptly answered every single question I asked. And there were many! When I had a question about an extended warranty, in lieu of giving me a vague response and/or estimated cost, she had her finance manager, Rudy, contact me directly. And he was also extremely thorough and kind. Finally, when we went down to see and buy the Jeep (200 miles away) Daisy was waiting for me when I arrived and knew who I was before I ever said hi because of my Washington plates. She was busy delivering a truck to someone else but made it a point to get me to the Jeep so my wife and I could check it out... Where was it? Inside, in the wash bay because it had just been cleaned inside and out and was waiting for us out of the rain so we could see it’s condition clearly. This was my request and they obliged, no problem. She gave us the keys and said to check it out, take it for a spin and she’d be done when we got back. The Jeep was perfect, just as she’d described and we were good to go. What’s even more impressive?? We were then in Rudy’s office signing papers (paid cash so a little faster) and out the door, on the road in about 30 minutes! Is your mind blown? Ours was!! So, while I can’t speak for the dealership as a whole, I can speak for a couple of their people - If you’re interested in a new or used vehicle at this store, ask to work with Daisy. Then, when it’s time to do the paperwork, request to sit with Rudy. You won’t be disappointed! More

worst experience! did not appreciate bait and switch sales tactics. Drove 50 min to purchase a car with internet ad in hand and they tried to increase price by 3000 and did not appreciate bait and switch sales tactics. I was told the general manager made a mistake and listed the car too low. Bizarre! More

I decided to test drive another's Super Duty and by the time I took the test drive ( about 30 mins) my truck already had a new Turbo Intercooler hose on, tested and ready to go! But it gets better, the owner was so friendly that he invited me into his personal office just chatting with me. He was very cool. I'm considering an upgraded vehicle purchase and they are very low pressure. They just switched me to their customer for life! More
Poor warranty repair service I had 1200 miles and my transmission went out and had to be towed to this dealership. What a mistake! They told me if I didn't like their service that I could have my rig towed to another dealership to get fixed three different times! I had to call regional ford manager to get fixed and also when they were done they had stained my drivers seat! They never gave me any paperwork when they finished repairs and also had to get detailer to come back out to clean off the oil and transmission fluid that was in my leather interior. More
THE NORDSTROM'S OF FORD DEALERSHIPS . I just purchased the nicest Explorer I have ever seen on the road. Black with custom 22 inch wheels. My wife and I absolutely love it. The day aft . The day after we purchased it my wife slightly hit a curb and cut one of the tires. We put the spare on and drove it to Hillyer's Stayton Ford. When I arrived I decided to see how good there customer service really is. I had full intentions of telling the truth but decided to tell Steve that the tire just went flat and I didn't know what happened. Steve quickly talked to management and even though they could tell that we hit a curb he told us no problem we will take care of it and we want you to love your car. I couldn't take it any more so I spilled the beans and told them the truth. Steve said we all kinda of knew what really happened but we also knew you just purchased it. The reason I call them the Nordstrom's of Ford dealerships is my wife is always bragging about how good Nordstrom's return policies are and how good there customer service is, Hillyer's Ford blew me away when they said the would take care of it. Even better they gave us a new Mustang convertible for a loaner car. More
