I have been dealing with Hilltop Nissan and Sebastian for about 6 years now. Whenever I go they are more than accommodating and always find exactly what I am looking for and what I can afford. I had purchased a car from the sales person, Peter Surdi, as well as refer other customers to Pete leading to three additional sales. Pete is great to work with but unfortunately the dealership has changed as well as refer other customers to Pete leading to three additional sales. Pete is great to work with but unfortunately the dealership has changed and become very dishonest. When I purchased my car it was very pleasant working with Pete and the dealership promised free oil changes for as long as I owned the car, which I have in writing from the sales representative. All the other customers I had recommended had the same experience. Last month when I took my car in for an oil change I was told they will no longer honor their commitment. This is no fault of Pete's but makes it very undesirable to buy or have my car serviced from Hilltop Nissan. I really like working with Pete but unfortunately have no trust in the dealership. I will be buying another Nissan within the next year and will have to find another dealership to work with. More

Oh let me tell you about this dealership. So from the beginning. My younger sister went to check out a 2020 nissan versa that she had been researching for about a week or so. Did insurance q So from the beginning. My younger sister went to check out a 2020 nissan versa that she had been researching for about a week or so. Did insurance quotes and everything. This is her first car so I as her brother was helping her look and give her advice. We go to the dealership test drive the car and she falls in love. We go in do a credit app and my dad and her get approved. Mind you the salesman is great! So the bank says they need 1500 also along with my dad cosigning. Great. The only issue is my sister only has 500 and needs about 2 weeks to pay the 1000. The sales person tells the general manager (Billy) and soon he comes back and tells us that the general manager said that if we bring my dad in Saturday (1-28-23) to sign paperwork and my sister comes in with insurance, they would give us the 2 weeks to pay the 1000. Great...right? Nope. We all come in Saturday. My dad starts signing paperwork along with my sister. My sister gets the insurance. Mind you we're at the salesperson desk signing some of the paperwork.... then he brings us in to the finance office. Everything falls apart....immediately he asks for the 1000. We tell him that wasn't the deal. We tell him that we were promised 2 weeks to pay the rest. We left 500. We bought my dad. My dad signed. We held up our end of the deal. We argue with this man who tells us he didn't make this deal nor did he hear about it. So what you're saying is your sales person is lying? Nope...even our sales person said the same thing. This wasn't the deal. This dealership...no let me rephrase...the dealership finance manager and general manager are rude as xxxx and lie to get sales. Even on their salesperson. I will post this review every where I can because no one should have to deal with what she did today. More
