Mistake Never again, I had a horrible experience. I am never coming back to this dealership. They prepared the wrong vehicle. I waited there for 5+hrs then they broke the news. The deal fell through and I am fed up. I asked for a full refund and now I have to wait for the cash I gave them to be sent back to me in check form. Also, the finance team was laughing at me while I was leaving to go home as I was getting back in the car I was planning to put back in as the lease was due to expire in a month, very disrespectful. It was absolutely a total waste of time, left embarrassed with a headache, and this all occurred during my precious weekend. More
