Wonderful Customer Service in Service Department After having to have my car boosted twice last week to get it to start, I brought it in after work to get a new battery. I was tired after a long day, After having to have my car boosted twice last week to get it to start, I brought it in after work to get a new battery. I was tired after a long day, and had planned to leave my car there for the next day or so because it was late. I spoke with Akin Dixon in the service department, who greeted me with a big smile. He said there would be no problem to take care of my car immediately. In less than an hour, I had a new battery and a working car. Akin was incredibly kind and helpful during this visit, and also in the past. He makes taking my car in to be serviced a pleasant experience. Thank you! More

My car come 27000 mile after 1 week.service worker say we dont make Toyota care .you need give money.beacause pass 800 mile. I say i now i wait 1 week for service appt. Your employee shouting loudly say give your money or go from here. From Hillside ToyotaI'll tell everyone about this bad behavior. Your service empmloyee very bad and not helpy. More
