They Took 8+ hours for Oil change and said we r preparing ur papers again and again while they parked my car outside of the garage . I discovered my 2018 RAV4 parked by the back st and told them that ‘ you guys r lying to me again again because u didnot do any work for my car but u did the work for others who came 6 hrs later than mine. Then they told me we will do now. It’s kinds mall practice . They don’t even turn on air conditioning at waiting room.... Interesting More
