They are both very courteous, and do their best to make each customer feel that he or she is the ONLY customer. James would do well in HR, training employees ----regardless of where they work, what service they render----how to deal with customers /clients, whichever term that company prefers to use. Kuddos to Hillside Toyota in KEEPING these two employees. Hope that you show your appreciation to all of your employees, but particularly to those in the service dept, as this is mostly where the customers are unhappiest, because they are experiencing something negative with their vehicles, hence the reason for the visit, and they are not always in the best of moods.
