Everyone at the dealership, even those who weren’t assisting me, were friendly professional and helpful. I came in on Friday the 13th during a rainstorm , uncertain of the buying process or inventory assisting me, were friendly professional and helpful. I came in on Friday the 13th during a rainstorm , uncertain of the buying process or inventory and was greeted by several staff including the manager then introduced to my salesperson Eyditz ( sp) who was very friendly, helpful, knowledge and encouraging- she showed me several vehicles and the Carfax and got me a decent trade in amount for my older car- age answered all my questions and helped me transfer my insurance to my new vehicle,, which I was able to drive out that night- she even stood in the dark and rain with an umbrella to help me transfer my belongings from my old car to my new car and then sat we me to set up the Bluetooth and show me the functions in my new vehicle. The process was easy and painless and I’m very satisfied and grateful . As a woman walking into the dealership alone I appreciated the friendliness, patience and no pressure environment. I highly recommend this dealership. More
