On August 2020, while looking to trade in my car, Chloe Jakab was nice, ho I would have chosen it. This is the reason people don't trust car dealers. On August 2020, while looking to trade in my car, Chloe Jakab was nice, however, the process was extremely rushed in signing the paperwork (I expressed my concern to her and her supervisor), I wasn't able to have a test drive and come to find out, I was charged 6 to 7 thousand dollars over the true value of the car. Two days later after buying the car, I spoke to Chloe Jakab about the car, she said to come in, I did, and was told that I couldn't change the car because I had already signed. I would never, ever recommend this place to anyone. At the end I had buyers remorse!!! Whish I could go back in time!!! More
