Jamal’s service was impeccable. He was very patient explaining thoroughly to both my parents and I on different options we had available. I joked around and mentioned that I would definitely hire him if he wanted to work for the company I worked this was due to his patience, customer service and resilience. Most sales representatives after the first time you come in and don’t leave with a car they’ll check in once and just leave you along. Jamal on the other hand was actually sincere about a family situation and actually checked in just to make sure I was okay opposed to asking when I was coming in to purchase the car. Ed in the finance department was AMAZING! He’s actually my son’s favorite employee there. He made everything work out for me and I’m forever grateful. Because of these two men I now own a 2022 Toyota Rav4 which I’m still in disbelief about. More
