He didn't pressure us to buy anything we didn't need, and he made the buying process very easy. Additionally, the car was delivered even earlier than the estimate, so that was a nice surprise. The financing process was also very straight forward. The financing rep, Rankin, helped the process go smoothly and there were no surprises. A very warming and straight forward experience here. It just took a very few hours to get my highlander hybrid XLE paperwork processed and I drove home. Very friendly dealings with customers. God’s grace, by the joint venture of Sales Rep (Egnis), Sales Manager (Mike Nicolaou) and finance Manager (Jack), I got the car for a good deal. I was also able to get the deal at an almost affordable mark-up value on top of MSRP. They also offered me a good service package worth a couple of hundred dollars for free, including stain proofing the interior and exterior of the car. Highly recommend this dealership as they are straight forward. Thanking Jesus and the entire team for making this business happen in a very short span of time. More

Pengo is very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I had a wonderful purchasing experience with him. I will absolutely come back to see him again if I need to purchase another Toyota vehicle in the fu I had a wonderful purchasing experience with him. I will absolutely come back to see him again if I need to purchase another Toyota vehicle in the future. My brother and I visited Hillside Toyota on May 7th, he greeted me with a very friendly welcome, and I mentioned to him about wanting a Toyota Corolla LE, so we started the negotiating process at his office desk. He was extremely forthcoming about how the shortage of vehicles did impact the pricing. Although I do not like the initial pricing at all, I absolutely appreciate his honesty. Because of the lower pricing I desire, the negotiating process was longer, and his patience was remarkable. Finally, he was able to convince the manager to offer me a fair market price. Originally, I was told to wait 2-3 months from May 7th for my vehicle due to the shortage and the rareness of celestite color. However, I received a call from Pengo on May 26. Thanks to Pengo's great relationship with the management, he was able to get the car on May 27, ahead of other customers on the queue. I only had to wait for 20 days only instead of 60-90 days!!! It was truly unbelievable, and I admire Pengo enough of his great efficiency and ability. Unfortunately, it was the memorial day weekend, so I have already left NYC on May 26, so I was unable to pick up the car on May 27. Pengo also told me the next celestite one will be 2 months away. On June 4th, I asked Pengo if he can get me a silver one instead in the early morning. Funny thing is that he had the same idea as if he read through my mind. He promised a waiting period of 2-3 week, but....surprise!!! Once again, thanks to his great relationship with the management, we were able to get the car on June 9th. It took only 5 days!!!Amazing!!! During our wait outside of the financial manager's office, Pengo overheard a conversation between me and my family over the phone. He was very generous and shared his personal story, experience, and techniques with me to help me resolve the problems. He treats customers sincerely like his friends, not just customers, and I am thankful for that. When we finished all of the financing paperwork and obtained the car keys, it was almost 8pm at night. Pengo was kind enough to stay with us to demonstrate every single feature of the vehicle, and explain their usage at different situations thoroughly as well as downloading the Toyota app and setting up a one year free Toyota safety feature notification system for me. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about Pengo. He is simply one of the best people I have encountered in my life so far. I am certainly glad that I have met him, and I hope you will have a chance to meet him in the future as well. More
