I tried but could not give more than one star. They have I tried but could not give more than one star. They have kept my car for almost a weak to find out the problem with my Honda Odyssey. They could not give me the proper cause, but mumbling clueless. Other Front desk guy (wearing hat) was so rude. He barely answered my questions. Also they have not finished the full work but only the emergency back lights. and provided me the wrong bill. I had to wait another 25 minutes while to get the cashier lady. Overall VERY BAD SERVICE. However Mike apologized and fixed the issue. I would NOT RECOMMEND to go to this service center. Instead, please go to any other Honda Service Center. More

Customer service needs huge improvement. Front desk that takes care of phone calls in service center needs to get attitude in check. Constantly get put on hold typically for over twenty minutes and then whe takes care of phone calls in service center needs to get attitude in check. Constantly get put on hold typically for over twenty minutes and then when you get off of hold, they hang up. Barely got updates on my car and the only time I did was when I called. They didn’t even have curtesy to keep me updated. And the biggest kicker is they had the car for 14 days and did no fix, and didn’t even do the recall I requested!! Very disappointed. More
