On 10/24 and failed to know that my rims would not be covered, after specifically setting up this appointment for that service. So I showed up at 7 AM to leave. I cannot connect my phone to my Hrv car , after making an appointment I was told it’s my phone. I said he can’t be because I connect to my daughter Hrv with no problem, my daughter has no problem with her ca appointment I was told it’s my phone. After the technician at hillside Honda check the car said it’s nothing wrong with the radio. I said the radio works I know I cannot connect my phone to it . But they said it’s nothing to fix everything works fine More

Excellent customer service by Marvin even though he was being pulled in many directions by other customers and salespeople.
