We recently bought a Honda Odyssey from Hillside Honda and my wife and I are extremely happy with the car and the quantity of the usable interior space, ease and comfort it has afforded us as we are getti and my wife and I are extremely happy with the car and the quantity of the usable interior space, ease and comfort it has afforded us as we are getting around with our 1 year old son. Much to my dismay I noticed a problem with the paint on the vehicle and it sent shrills up my back to think that I just bought a new car and it had a problem with it. Every buyer’s nightmare, you could imagine the stress of having to resolve this problem with the dealer and the anticipation that this is going to go back and forth and be drawn out over a long period of time, not what we wanted. But if there still exist a car dealer who will stand up behind their product and service it is Peter Petitio of Hillside Honda. When I took the car over to meet and review the issue with him, I was dumbfounded in a good way. First, he apologized for inconvenience of having to take any of my time to deal with potential problems and I sincerely believed he meant those words. Second, he examined the car and indicated to me that he had a plan of action and would get back to me by the end of the day after he discussed the issue with his GM. What I was not prepared for was the called I got from him later that day, he indicated that they were going to give me a new vehicle in 5 days and at the same time he gave me the new VIN number. Are there still businesses that care about customer satisfaction?
