I gave my rating based my experience with the dealer. I believe the price is too much. To start off, setting an appointment for service was quick. The date they provided was exactly what I needed. They even confirmed my appointment the day before to remind me by leaving a voicemail on my quick. The date they provided was exactly what I needed. They even confirmed my appointment the day before to remind me by leaving a voicemail on my home phone. When I got to the place a little late, they didn't mind it at all. The staff was courteous, friendly and professional. I told Lisa what I needed and she even updated the worksheet because I had to add another item that I forgot to mention over the phone. Once the service was completed, Lisa called me up and told me I could pick up my vehicle, and that they would be open till 7. Usually I have to ask customer service folks from other establishments what time they close, but to have that info ready may be a small detail but it is an important one to know. So my hats off to the staff, especially Lisa who handled my requests and service for the day. More

Great service Henry Peterson was very accomdating. They let me keep my car at the dealership while I was on vacation. Everything was explained to me in detail, every line item and costs.
