THe service is great. When I went first time for Transmission replacement since it was recalled and had troubles with it, they replaced it for free. To start off, setting an appointment for service was quick. The date they provided was exactly what I needed. They even confirmed my appointment the day before to remind me by leaving a voicemail on my quick. The date they provided was exactly what I needed. The staff was courteous, friendly and professional. I told Lisa what I needed and she even updated the worksheet because I had to add another item that I forgot to mention over the phone. Once the service was completed, Lisa called me up and told me I could pick up my vehicle, and that they would be open till 7. Usually I have to ask customer service folks from other establishments what time they close, but to have that info ready may be a small detail but it is an important one to know. So my hats off to the staff, especially Lisa who handled my requests and service for the day. More
