I have been going to Hillside Honda for the past five (5) years and since then I have been dealing with Henry. Mr. Henry is a excellent serivce advisor. Ms. Florie was VERY patient with me and answered all my questions over the phone. When I came for service Henry further explained why I had to do the service that was required for my vehicle and I am very satisfied with both individuals. I went in to have my car service on 2/20/09 for my first oil change. I was to drop it off and return later on in the day. However they assured me that it would only be a half an hour to forty-five minutes oil change. I was to drop it off and return later on in the day.
