most employees usually just go to work and have little or no knowledge of their workplace enviornment. but when Joel from the service department helped my car get repaired, he advised me that my tires were no knowledge of their workplace enviornment. but when Joel from the service department helped my car get repaired, he advised me that my tires were not rated for highway driving. from our previous conversation, i stated that my job was several miles away from home. so i went on a hunch, and i gave him my approval to replace my tires. after i recieved my car, and drove on the parkway, it was amazing how much quieter my ride was. i called joel, and told him how pleased i was with his service.
