This is a service review. My state inspection was expiring and I was going out of town so it had to get done today. Although we called on the day we needed to be seen and could not get to the dealer expiring and I was going out of town so it had to get done today. Although we called on the day we needed to be seen and could not get to the dealer before 10:30 AM, Suzanne managed to fit us in and Joelle managed to get the car inspected while I waited. An hour later I was inspected and out for $37. I have been to garages that always find something that needs fixing before giving you the sticker, but that was the furthest things from anyone's mind here. Just a winning attitude, quick service, and care. More

This was my first time Leasing a Honda Civic 2009.Previously I had a used Accord. I scheduled an appointment for my first FREE OIL CHANGE AND CHECK UP with a very curtious and efficient Secretar 2009.Previously I had a used Accord. I scheduled an appointment for my first FREE OIL CHANGE AND CHECK UP with a very curtious and efficient Secretary whose name is Jenny for 8:30AM. I arrived at 8:08AM was greeted by a pleasant service representative escorted into the waiting room and was helped by Vinnie, the Service Writer, and great mechanic. I was out of the Dealership by 8:50AM. There expertise allowed me to be at my office by 9:00AM without stress or worry. Thank you Hillside Honda for your professionalism in staff and respect and attentiveness to your customers. The service staff is very polite and helpful and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and knowlegeable about what your car needs. And, I've been told, the hourly labor cost is about $5.00 of their way to make sure you are comfortable and knowlegeable about what your car needs. The purpose of my visit at Hillside Honda (Queens NY) was for oil change and fuel injection service ( engine cleaning). I used to take my car to other service center since the prices were usually lower, however I have learned that the work done was often of a lesser quality. All the repairs at Honda are guaranteed and they take their time to explain the repairs and services that will be done on the car. Also they offer alternatives for repairs when possible. Unlike other service shops, I feel they strive to provide the best service. The facility is very clean and the service advisers are very professional. There are plenty of seats so you're comfortable if you choose to wait for your car. Also the advisers do their best to get your car ready as soon as possible. Making appointments is also easy since they can be made online via Honda website. Hillside Honda has always called or emailed to confirm the appointment. Overall I do think some of the services are more expensive then other service centers however; I do not mind it so much since I know I am getting quality work. I have had several visit with Mr Khan. He is always friendly and does his best to accommodate the customer. He takes the time to explain the services being done on the car. Also he often makes suggestions on other services that maybe needed. More

When we learned that most of the service department staff was now at HILLSIDE HONDA, we immediately switched all of our service Honda service needs.
