I have met Henry in the past at this dealership and must admit that his professional demeanor helps lessen the financial pain of replacing 2 PAX tires and other maintenance costs. I have found Henry, like his co-workers, very responsible, professional, and always courteous. Although I didn't purchase my vehicle at Hillside Honda I fully expect to do so on my next purchase. great service...I went there because my veh was making a noise I was concern about. Called the day before and set up an appt they asked me to coming the next day. 1 hour later the service advisor joel calle noise I was concern about. Im so happy with the service and the way they handle the situation...they are the best..love u hillside honda service. the best part is that I didnt even have to pay, everything was under my warranty. The tires of my 2010 honda civic was stolen; I was so upset didnt know what to do. called the original dealer where I bought it from they could not help me because they didnt have the tires in stock. I callled hillside honda and what a nice professional people, they gave me a number of a towing company, they were able to towed my veh in the same day; I had to be at work; as soon as they got my veh the service writer Joel called right away and told me what was going on and advised me he already got in touch with my insurance next day got my veh... Im so thankful and im defently coming back to them. More

I selected Hillside Honda over Brooklyn and the Bronx because of the quality of my initial phone inquiry to make an appointment. in Manhattan closed. At 125,000 miles, my minivan needed a lot of repair and maintenance and the bill was high. Vinnie patiently explained the situation and I am glad I had the work done. The car is running better and I feel safer. I will be back in a few weeks for new tires. The only down side is the subway trip to and from Manhattan. but there's not much you can do about that!
