I have met Henry in the past at this dealership and must admit that his professional demeanor helps lessen the financial pain of replacing 2 PAX tires and other maintenance costs. Called the day before and set up an appt they asked me to coming the next day. 1 hour later the service advisor joel calle noise I was concern about.
