Hillside Honda - Service Center

Ive been going to Hillside Honda ever since ive owned my car. Everyone there makes you feel like your issue is very important and should be handled with care and understanding, which is always greatly appre car. When I first came to Honda I thought I made a mistake because dealers are way overpriced but when I came to honda to get my service done I saw that their prices are resonable and is good for my budget. I have purchased all my cars from Hillside Honda. I always bring my cars in to their lovly service department. The service manager is alway a pleasure to speak to and the advisors are great. I was having a problem with one of my vehicles, I called and spoke to a young lady whos name I believe was Jenny, very friendly by the way. She set the appointment for me to come in and meet with joseph who gave me all the information upon my request. Their pricing is very reasonable, not like most places that try and rip you off. I love the atomosphere is doesnt seem to be fake with a whole bunch of props. It is what it says it is a service department. Thanx for all the help, its much appreciated. More

I needed my first oil change so I called Hillside Honda a few days ago and a sweetheart named Jenny set an appointment for me and she told me I needed my first major service on my Accord. I told her I just wanted to get the oil changed and when I got there I met Joel and he explained to me in great detail of why I should do the service to my car. Well thank goodness I did because they found something wrong with a few of the hoses a raccoon or something must of chewed right through them. I had no idea and if it wasn't for Joel I would have been driving around with this. The guys worked on it and made sure everything was taken care of. I am so happy that I purchased my car at Hillside Honda and I will continue to service it there. Hillside Honda really knows how to keep their customers happy! Service dept at hillside honda is always been efficient. I was recommended by my best friend who usually service his car there.
