They service my 08 Accord. The service manager was friendly to me, very specific on the job that was going to be done to my vehicle. Took in my 09 Odyssey for service and recall on the trans software. The service dept was very courteous and professional. Even thought the waiting area was packed, a service adviser was able to see me within software. The service dept was very courteous and professional. Horrible! Long waits, broken promises, and hard sell on stuff you don't want or need. As i was waiting for my car for way too long, I watched as they kept pushing stuff on an older gentleman, telling him stuff you don't want or need. As i was waiting for my car for way too long, I watched as they kept pushing stuff on an older gentleman, telling him to get brake pads while he was here when the car was only a year old, and they didn't even put it up on the lift yet to see if the pads needed replacement. Then they tried to sell him a $300 air filter since he was in for service anyway-he might as well get it done. Condescending and liars! Avoid them! More

We were visiting from out of town and my son's Honda was not working properly. I was able to get an appointment the same day. The parts were ordered and delivered the next day - and it was repaired by the a not working properly. I was able to get an appointment the same day. Every one at the dealership was very friendly, no rush from the workers or anyone at the dealership.
