I currently lease a 2010 Honda Pilot and schedule all maintenance and services at your facility. During the transition, I had several conversations with Mr. Peterson and I wanted to let you know that he displayed extraordinary customer service and his professionalism and customer service skills should be commended. I was communicating with Henry who immediately took ownership of my situation, put me at ease and guaranteed me that the vehicle would be safe to drive and then advised me that he would have your service technician fully inspect the Honda. It should also be noted that Henry has a pleasant personality and a terrific attitude and is extremely knowledgeable. This is the type of service that customers value. More

Unfortunately, your mechanic misdiagnosed the trouble in my CRV and I went back to Mr. Claudio several times for assistance. Each time he did not hesitate to help me and provided reassuring news and solutions in resolving my problem. Purchased a used Honda with a third party warranty by Hillside Honda sales department. If you aren't careful finance will take advantage of you. After making my purchased I've realized they've over charg Hillside Honda sales department. If you aren't careful finance will take advantage of you. After making my purchased I've realized they've over charged me by $4k to $6k. Strike one. Live and learn. Lets move on. Took the car in for issues that were wrong with the car noticed a week after purchase. One issue was resolved and created another (TCS and aux light switches would control the other equipment (press the for lights to go off it turns off TCS and vise verse)). So they've replaced the ABS modular. Ran the bill thru the third party warranty. Mr. Joel decided to call the warranty company and have them send me the check and I pay the bill. Strike two (purpose of getting a warranty is to eliminate out of pocket expense). Switches work, but, now I'm getting ABS malfunction lights intermittently. Took the car back for service instead of the mechanic mixing the car I was told the car was test driven without errors and the code log was reset. I guess they work under the passage of ignore it and it will go away. Well, the same day I've received my car back the malfunction light came back on. Strike three. My smarts kicked in and took my car to a different Honda dealer. They read the code and found that one of the wheel bearings are bad. Of which is triggering the ABS malfunction and is covered by the warranty. Buying a used car? Check the car for an alarm or they will charge for one and tell you they've installed it (Yes this is fraud. I just couldn't prove it after a month). If doing LoJack, call them to see if your car is already registered with. You will only pay for re-activation not a new install. Doing the third party warranty? Keep in mind no matter what the finance person says there isn't a bumper to bumper warranty. More

Brought my Odyssey in for regular service (oil change, etc.). Everything seemed fine, Joel was efficient and courteous. When I looked into it, I realized that the sticker had been expired for a while, in fact, it had already expired when I brought it in to Hillside Honda for service! I couldn't believe that they didn't bother to check this when the vehicle was brought in. I called to express my displeasure and surprise that they could have overlooked such a thing and was told, essentially, that it's my responsibility to make sure that the emissions sticker is up to date. Maybe so, but my previous Honda dealer (the now-closed Potamkin in Manhattan) and the dealer that I brought it to today didn't seem to think so. In fact, I brought my car into a different dealer today for service and one of the first things they did, as I checked in, was to look in amazement at my long-expired emissions sticker (I didn't even have to mention it). I guess the $150 tickets that I paid taught me two things 1. Check the emisssions sticker and 2. Don't go to Hillside Honda for service. More

Hillside Honda offers great service.. I have been going there for many years for the service of my 2002 Odyssey and have never had a single complaint. I first brought in my van for a problem that was addre there for many years for the service of my 2002 Odyssey and have never had a single complaint. I first brought in my van for a problem that was addressed but never fixed at 2 different Honda dealerships on Long Island (my van at the time was only 2 years old and the gear shift would get stuck for no apparent reason!) I once left my Odyssey at North Shore Honda for 2 weeks and they couldn't figure it out. At Hillside Honda, the manager David (I think that's his name) recognized the problem within seconds and it was fixed really quickly. I was hooked on Hillside Honda service from that point on. From the moment I pull into the garage I'm met with courtesy and friendliness. The servicemen always do a very good job and the people at the desk are honest and true-to-their word - this is especially true of Henry Peterson. He consistently follows through on what he says and makes all the customers feel important. I would recommend hillside Honda service to all my friends! Super job!!! More
Tina was the service admin that i dealt with online & took care of everything. I needed to change my needs & she polietly handled my request. By bringing my 2003 to Hillside Honda for servicing, I feel that I have extended the "life" of my car. The service staff explains clearly what needs to be done to the car.
