Reliable auto service in NYC Hillside Honda provides very good service to my cars. Good service quality I can trust them. Excellent customer service Recently had to have service on our CRV which wound up to be covered under warranty. When we purchased this vehicle from Hillside Honda, we signed up for Honda Care. This made us eligible to have a car rental (right across the street from the dealership) while repairs were completed. Very professional (explained what the fix was) and the prblem was fixed. Great Sales and Service departments. More

Intermittent problem I am currently experiencing an intermittent issue with my recently purchased, Hillside Honda, Certified Pre-owned Honda. The service department was extremely courteous and polite and very understanding of my frustration. They have not been able to locate or recreate the problem, but are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I sure hope to have this problem corrected soon. I do appreciate their efforts. Lalita has followed up with me and has been a pleasure to deal with. Mo and the team have given great effort to recreate the issue (unfortunately, unsuccessfully) I am growing very frustrated that we cannot find the issue. Next step is to wait for the problem to come back and take it back in...Although they are great to deal with, I do wish this wasn't the situation. I do Highly recommend Hillside Honda to all that I speak to! Not many people can bring their vehicle in for service, not have it fixed and still give a favorable review. Great customer service! More

bad customer service It is very unfortunate that I MUST write this review, based on the treatment i received from the parts manager or supervisor at Hillside Honda today, It is very unfortunate that I MUST write this review, based on the treatment i received from the parts manager or supervisor at Hillside Honda today, 5/2/2015. When i got there the manager/supervisor was call out of his office to explain why my part couldn't be returned. My problem in this review is not the fact that this overpriced part could not be returned, but the way in which this employee proceeded to shout and engage in personal attacks because I wanted to plead my case. So sad that I will no longer be servicing my vehicle or buying parts from there. My only regret is that I did not get his name because his conduct was truly unacceptable, but his office is located to the left side of the parts counter. More
