Car purchase Would like to say that I never bought a car via a dealership, and as nervous as I was, Jaime Wong made me feel comfortable. He showed me different models inside the lot and kept reassuring me that all cars are not only in good condition, but they havw paperwork to prove this. I did not think I would qualify, and every step taken was done very gracefully. Very professional. The finance department person was also very helpful and professional. Poor Customer service and execution of services I scheduled an appointment to have an automatic starter & trunk tray installed. When I arrived my name was not on the list. I left my car and called back later in the day to confirm pick up. To my dismay I was advised an integral part was not ordered. When I arrived I spoke to the rep and he advised I was responsible for ordering the part. No where on the website did it indicate I would need to order it. Service Rep asked I brIng the car back in two days later. Thursday I dropped off the car again my appointment didn’t appear anywhere. I arrived in the afternoon and the trunk tray hadn’t been installed. I was given the run around and no manager was available to rectify the situation. More
