I purchased a brand new car and took it back a month later due to issue with cooling system. I had an appointment scheduled for 7:45. I dropped the car off on time and it was not assessed. I called sev later due to issue with cooling system. I had an appointment scheduled for 7:45. I dropped the car off on time and it was not assessed. I called several times only to be told “I will shared the message”. I called again at approximately 4:00pm only to be told that “car would have to stay another day to be assessed. This was senseless and inconsiderate as I need my car to get to work. I now have to schedule another appointment. This is very poor service. More
