reception is a mess every time i called, i was put on hold immediately once the line was connected, even early in the morning when i assume it was not that busy. i have every time i called, i was put on hold immediately once the line was connected, even early in the morning when i assume it was not that busy. i have been there a couple of times. when i went to pick up my car, it seemed nobody cared why i was standing there for over 30 minutes. it happened almost every time. however, the technicians are always very friendly and patient. that's a big plus.
