reception is a mess every time i called, i was put on hold immediately once the line was connected, even early in the morning when i assume it was not that busy. i have every time i called, i was put on hold immediately once the line was connected, even early in the morning when i assume it was not that busy. i have been there a couple of times. when i went to pick up my car, it seemed nobody cared why i was standing there for over 30 minutes. it happened almost every time. however, the technicians are always very friendly and patient. that's a big plus. No question/concern is ignored - and they are always ready and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate their customers and ensure the vehicle is kept in top running order. My brothers work with MTA and love to borrow my car for long distance or inclement weather without ever a concern that this CRV will meet all driving challenges. i Wish you could clone them but till then - they are MINE!
