Kept waiting two hours I was not given a ticket when I brought the car in, so my car and I went unnoticed for two hours before I asked what was going on. I'm not sure who worked on my vehicle, but both the mechanics and Joseph were very knowledgeable in the sense that they exhausted all options before ordering a part, as well as explain what was going on with the vehicle.
