Very bad service My car needs steering column fixed. It took 6 day to get it fixed. They gave me the car without wheel alignment. Customer service is worse. Service representative will say they will call you but they don’t call. Customer has to call and find out. Once you call the hold time is too long. Only charge money not work My car was problem last night and I go in emergency at hillside honda and told my car noise front passenger side tyre and wheel alignment and Joseph t My car was problem last night and I go in emergency at hillside honda and told my car noise front passenger side tyre and wheel alignment and Joseph told they check for problem 130$ charge and then found the problem and fixing charges and labour extra. But they no fix my both problems and do wheel alignment and when I go there they bill and alignment report and check the report they give me wrong report of alignment this report is not for my car they give report of 2015 odyssey honda and my car is 2017 honda accord and I told Joseph I have doubt u fix wheel alignment of my car. More

New experience It was easy to schedule, I called the service center and was able to get a schedule on the same day.
