Vehicle recall. Make appointment to bring car for recall. Appointment was scheduled by help from service dept. When I get there, service rep. told me I need to leav Make appointment to bring car for recall. Appointment was scheduled by help from service dept. When I get there, service rep. told me I need to leave the car due to long awaiting customer. so told him that the appointment is at 8am and I have to drop-off my car for all day. It just 2 minor problem from recall. Airbag need change of inflator and replace of master window control on driver side. The rep told me he'll try his best to accommodate my request for shorter waiting time. After waiting for 2 hours. the rep told my car is done except he does not have the master window control switch in stock.Why do they schedule the appointment since the dealer does not have the part in stock. They told me to reschedule again for the window switch. This is totally ridiculous and service counter rep. does show her sour face in front of custome and bad attitude. I will think twice again if I 'm going back to this Honda dealer again. More

The service agent who checks people in called the guy in front of me stupid because he didn’t drive up to him when the driveway was clear when the guy complained to the service agent Henry he basically told the guy well if he wanted to tell you that he would have told you directly then long after he gave a lousy im sorry. I even watched as the service advisors spoke about some type of overcharging and how they would find a way to get back the company doing this so their books would look good. Horrible horrible horrible over paying for vehicle service in the first place and low class customer service I rather go pay joe smoe and hope it’s done right. After the service was done they left all their garbage in the car whatever plastic used to protect the seat and all the tags with my service number. More
