I waited and waited Had an appointment for early in the day at 10am, didn’t get my vehicle till 5pm. It’s not the fault of the front desk service person but come on, I’ve owned a Toyota before and I haven’t had that as an issue before. Again, it was my first time there and I’ll go back but if the wait is that long again, I’m definitely not going to back. More

Horrible experiance I brought my 2019 Honda Accord and pick up at Dec 22, 2018 6pm at night. The can looks beautiful, I drove home safe and smooth. But, when I used it ne I brought my 2019 Honda Accord and pick up at Dec 22, 2018 6pm at night. The can looks beautiful, I drove home safe and smooth. But, when I used it next day morning, I drove within Three block that the message come up in front of me "Emissions System Problem. Power May be reduced. See Your Dealer.". It is horrible. I back and forth to dealer to fix the car. The latest day that I got back my car was Jan 9, 2019. I still not sure my car condition is safe or not. May God Bless me. More
