Warranty service Purchased CRV2018 EX model two moths ago . After about two months the car battery kept on losing its charge on the battery .Called road side assistant Purchased CRV2018 EX model two moths ago . After about two months the car battery kept on losing its charge on the battery .Called road side assistant. They came and jumped started the car . Called the dealer service department and reported my situation. They had said I needed to make appointment. . Which it would be in two days . So I called salesman MO that had sold me the car . He told me to bring in right away . So which I did . As soon as I got to service department I was taken care of service rep Fidel which was very professional and courteous. They replaced car battery in less then hour .great service recommended it highly !! More
Poor communication with customers On Saturday 1/26/19 I went to hillside Honda for an oil change and to have my blades on my wipers changed. I watched as the maintenance men lifted my On Saturday 1/26/19 I went to hillside Honda for an oil change and to have my blades on my wipers changed. I watched as the maintenance men lifted my car completed my service and lowered the car. It took them about 30 minutes to complete the service. When I saw this I was relieved and impressed bc initially I was told it would take up to two hours. After about 15 minutes I went to mike and another gentlemen I believe his name was Hasim and told them that my car was finished I was hoping to have the check out process expedited as i had other engagements. The both ignored me, mike said that he would check with the guys in back. He never checked. When one of the guys in the back came inside (Hasim) I mentioned it to him as he would have more insight seeing that he was working with the cars he told me that my car was waiting for a part. I asked him what part did I need because I was only getting a oil change. He said he didn’t know and he made no attempt to find out. I waited another hour my car was not touched and sat there then they finally called me to check out. I watched a white gentleman who was showing the guys magic tricks come in after me and leave before me. I’m disappointed at the level of service I received and I feel discriminated against as a woman and as an African American woman. I hope that in the future that my time is valued as I am a loyal customer however after this experience I am really reconsidering my commitment with leasing after this poor level of service that I received. More

Rejected Service. I brought my car in to get serviced and was not comfortable with the price I was given. Please help me get properly serviced to my satisfaction. I paid cash for my car and was not given any special deductibles or gas in the tank. Not a satisfied customer. My only regret is I that I should've dealt with a more mature professional instead feeling as though I have to spend a lot more money to get serviced when ain have not even received the title of the car in almost 2 months. Recall appointment Brought car in for passenger airbag inflator recall. Was told repair would take about an hour and a half and it did. Waiting area was comfortable and supplied with coffee, TV, magazines and papers.. Trying to figure out how to enter the service area is difficult. Numerous people (including me) had to leave their car on a very crowded street to come in and find out where to enter. Much larger and accurate signage would help greatly. All employees I observed were friendly and courteous. More
Our Service Rep was Fantastic !!! We were having service on our new Honda CRV, with Arturo checking us in, directed us to Joe.
