Glue dropped to my dashboard top I was there for annual inspection, the phone holder blocked the access to the sticker. When I got the car, the holder was broke. Which is understandab I was there for annual inspection, the phone holder blocked the access to the sticker. When I got the car, the holder was broke. Which is understandable, it’s part of my fault also, I supposed take it off before I drop the car. But I guess whoever did the job tried to fix it by glue them together, but he put too much glue. The holder is still broken and also the glue dropped to my dashboard top. right now my dashboard top has two messy glue dots. I don’t care about the phone holder, but the two messy glue spots make me itch. More

SERVICE HAS GOTTEN WORSE AND WISH IT WOULD RETURN AS BEFORE AS A LOYAL HILLSIDE CUSTOMER WHO HAS LEASED MANY CARS BEFORE IN THE PAST, I WAS ACCUSTOMED TO GREAT SERVICE, YEARS BACK AND IN RECENT YEARS, I HAD LEA AS A LOYAL HILLSIDE CUSTOMER WHO HAS LEASED MANY CARS BEFORE IN THE PAST, I WAS ACCUSTOMED TO GREAT SERVICE, YEARS BACK AND IN RECENT YEARS, I HAD LEASED ANOTHER HONDA BUT HAD RECEIVED LESS THAN SUBPAR SERVICE ESPECIALLY WITH THE OIL CHANGE POLICY. I FEEL THAT AS A CUSTOMER I AM NOT TREATED THE SAME WAY I WAS WHEN I FIRST LEASED A CAR FROM HONDA HILLSIDE.
