The charges for labor are way to expensive. The customer service is always great but I would not recommend going to Honda because of the labor charges. I bought a light bulb and it cost 8.99 and The customer service is always great but I would not recommend going to Honda because of the labor charges. I bought a light bulb and it cost 8.99 and the labor was about $38.00. I would have went to my other mechanic but was stuck because I needed to pass my inspection. I was told I need break pads and rotor filed down the total cost was about $325 (I don't have the paperwork with me) and breaks cost $89 and the labor was about $235. My mechanic who I had with previous cars said he would charge half the price. I will be reconsidering going back to Honda, when I can get quality work from my old mechanic. More
tuneup i had asked for an oil change, mirror replacement, check the rear view mirror and an inspection. I ended up having a 30K mile tuneup done as well as a i had asked for an oil change, mirror replacement, check the rear view mirror and an inspection. I ended up having a 30K mile tuneup done as well as an inspection and a driver's side mirror replaced. they must have removed the rubber inside the driver's window and did not replace it. they also removed the rear view mirror and left it on the passenger seat. we took it back and they were not helpful. I spent $1,100 for sub-par service. very disappointing., I will try and avoid going there again. More
Relative Timely and Polite Service. Brought my car in for airbag recall. I was told it takes about 1/2 hour. Had a 2:00 pm appointment. I was there 5 minutes early.
