Bad experience I had a minor accident 1 month ago. I took my vehicle back and forth many times but still there is a problem in my vehicle, which I have indicate few I had a minor accident 1 month ago. When I turn on the headlights dashboard goes dim, cold air doesn't blow on AC and there is scratches sound while taking turn. Break system has been reset finally. Its huge mistake I took to my dealership to repair my car. It's more than a month my car has still problem. I drove my car from accident spot from long island to queens there was no problem now I have few more problems still. I have addressed many times and kept my vehicle so long and I have stay all day long waiting there in the service center I always has to take public transportation and lost many weeks from job. I'm really disappointed. Insurance has paid almost $9000 for get it done I'm really really disappointed by my own dealership. The only thing I have satisfied with service representatives he is a polite guy. More

Consistently top rate customer friendly service I have 3 Honda vehicles. Each were purchased brand new at Hillside Honda with the oldest one being a 2002 model. Each have been maintained also by Hillside Honda since I bought them. This review is on the recent work done on my 2002 CRV which developed a radiator leak and overheated. It has over 167,500 miles on it and still runs well. I have maintained this car well and will continue using it until it requires such a large repair that it will no longer make sense for me to continue. The radiator and all of its hoses were replaced and new clamps applied. It was not clear whether I had any engine damage. But the only way to tell would be to drive the car after the radiator was replaced. Service advisor Joseph Patanio clearly advised me of the risk that it might not run well after the repair. But based on my description of how smoothly the car was running (despite the temp gauge reading HOT) when I brought it in and the relatively short distance I had driven it when the temp gauge was reading HOT, we both reasoned that it might still run fine after the repair. Since I decided that this would be my last major repair investment into this car, I told Joseph to proceed. The work was done without delay and completed with a good report that the test drive showed no signs of a bad engine. When I drove it home and the following days, the car surely was running smoothly. An impeccably great job again and again by Hillside Honda!!! I am also very thankful to have an especially skillful and experienced service advisor in Joseph Patanio!!! These are two great reasons why I always come back for service and to buy my cars for the family from Hillside Honda. More

Horrible I'm going to have to pay $1000 to fix a door that your technician never fixed 3 years ago when it first broke. I would rate him for his customer service out of 10 he deserve 2. - Attitude problem - Lack of knowledge (about what he is doing) -Seems to me he need to work that’s why working (just passing time) -Didn’t give me any solution of my problem Proper authority should watch him and I would like to request take necessary step. I had brand new honda accord 2016, now got brand new 2017. Last 3 years with honda I never had any problem and got excellent service except this one. Lastly I don’t have any idea they did my car work or not. I had an appointment at 10:30am and I was there on time. I checked with Mike at 3pm but he told me he don’t know. I checked again at 3:40pm and request him to give me my car status. He checked and told me they still haven’t look my car yet. He started giving me different excuses. My wife was so sick and she had a doctor appointment at 5pm. Note : in my car I found a parking ticket 3:02pm to 3:14pm. But I checked 3:40pm they told me they didn’t start working yet with my car.
