I have a bad experience rgd your services, I take of my car on 29th after diagnostic and you told me u put some bed gas, so we will clean it everywhere and charge will be $1500 and will take 2 I take of my car on 29th after diagnostic and you told me u put some bed gas, so we will clean it everywhere and charge will be $1500 and will take 2 days. After 2 days u told me it will take more 3 days, after 3 days u told me your injector is damage, now charge will be another $1700 and will take another more 2 days. I think so u are charging me high also u are don't care about the service. More then 10 days I lose my business also paid more money. More

My service representative, Joseph. helps me stay current with the recommended maintenance. Joseph also works with me to schedule me at a time that is convenient. When additional issues are arise during routine maintenance, they are resolved in a timely fashion. He knows that I make numerous long drives to Florida to care for my 94 year old mother and I depend on my car being reliable. I trust his recommendations and the work done by the maintenance crew. He explained everything that would be covered in the service (30,000 mile), called me wh The service advisor, Mike Macoon, took care of me right away. He explained everything that would be covered in the service (30,000 mile), called me when it was complete and told me what the mechanic had found that I might want to address. I opted to have three additional things taken care of and before too long the car was ready for pickup. The cashier got me out the door and on my way home with my car driving noticeably better. More
